Beyer Etude?! Is it Essential?

Happy Monday everyone! We hope you all are doing well and staying safe.

This week our kids had a good load of practice on piano etudes! A lot of new etudes and methods have been developed nowadays, but there are always good things about practicing Beyer! It helps you develop your skills step by step, you get to build individual training on each fingers through short but essential pieces!

The book we are assigning to our kid is the famous Beyer: Elementary Method for the Piano Opus. 101. The kids can choose a piece from this book and play it out without making any mistakes or stops.

Now, let's take a look at how our kids did!

During these difficult times, it is important to create and brainstorm different ways to encourage piano practice. The hard circumstances stops us from gathering together to watch other students' performance, through the weekly activities and final videos, our students are much more motivated to play and practice piano! Not only for the prizes but for the desire of performance in front of other kids, through videos!
